Do you plan to introduce an automatic movement?
Yes! We love watchmaking and are very serious about developing our watch components to bring you quality timepieces.

Is there a guarantee on my Schaffen timepiece?
All our watches come with a 3-year warranty. Send us your timepiece with your warranty card and we’ll repair it for free upon determining the cause of damage.
Will the price of my watch change with added customisation?
We make it our business to fully customise your Schaffen watch according to your style and preferences. As such, all customisations are included in the price you see in your cart (SGD299).
Shipping and Delivery
How much will shipping cost?
To ensure you have an outstanding experience here at Schaffen, all local and international orders come with complimentary shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within Singapore will arrive within 14 days, while overseas orders take up to 21 days to arrive upon the placing of your order.
How can I find out the status of my order?
If your order seems to be taking a little longer than it should be, please email us at info@schaffenwatches.com
and we’ll reply promptly to let you know when you can expect it!
Can I expedite my order?
Write to us with your order number, reasons for expedition and requested date and we’ll do our best to make sure you get your order when you need it!
Dial Customisation
Can I choose my own font?
Yes, you may use any desired font for your dial or case-back customization, unless we face copyright issues with the font's use. Indicate your custom request in the 'Special Requests' section and we'll get back to you!
Can I use a different language?
Yes! You can personalize your watch using any language. Simply enter your message in our online customiser in your desired language, or write to us at info@schaffenwatches.com and we’ll work with you to design your unique piece.
Can I personalise my watch with my own signature or an image?
Yes, your watch dial can be customised almost any way you want. Write to us and we'll help you to create your one of a kind timepiece.
Case-back Customisation
What font will the case-back text be engraved in?
The default case-back font is our signature font, which you can preview on the watch dial in our online watch-builder. Please indicate in the 'Special Requests' box if you have a custom request for your case-back engraving.
Can I engrave an image instead of text?
Of course! Please write to us and we'll work together to perfect your engraving.
